Mental Health & Wellness Services
Rooted in nature and relationship with horses, we nurture embodied leadership and pathways to integrated healing.
At CEDAR Center, we believe that healing, growth, and leadership emerge naturally when people reconnect with themselves, with one another, and with the natural living world.
Our work integrates mental health, nature connection, creative expression, and embodied learning — supporting individuals and communities to cultivate presence, resilience, authenticity, and belonging.
Horses invite us into presence, honesty, and grounded leadership. Through experiential facilitation with horses, art, and the natural world, we guide individuals and organizations.
