Our Board of Directors

Elizabeth Seeliger, President

Elizabeth is a student of relationships. In her graduate and post-graduate studies she focused on parent-child relationships related to deafness and adoption. Her genuine interest in helping humans navigate relational differences combined with her life-long love of horses lead Elizabeth to pursue her certification from the Gestalt Equine Institute of the Rockies in 2019.

Kara Craven

Kara is a community-minded person with a gigantic heart and love for all beings; plant, animal and human! Kara’s career as a teacher has exposed her to the ways children and families need support, often in non-traditional ways, to thrive in our community as well as all the barriers that can get in the way of receiving those services. Kara has been active in the promotion and support of rescued animals.

Carolyn Woodruff

Dr. Woodruff is a veterinarian who graduated from Ohio State University with a DVM in 1978 and completed a large animal surgery internship at the University of Minnesota. She has been active in mixed large and small animal practice for over 45 years. Carolyn has also served as a member of the North Dakota Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners for 9 years.

Stacia Allen

Stacia has been an equine professional all her adult life. As a USDF Bronze medalist, Dressage is her first love. What she has found along the way is a passion to help her students communicate with, understand, and appreciate their equine partners. Each person’s journey with horses is very unique. Stacia strives to help each individual partnership be as successful as it can be for both the benefit of the horses and the humans involved.
